Full-scale implementation of my very own Indeed sales process that I developed over 8 years of hiring direct-to-consumer level sales representatives. This can be done with your HR Staff, Hiring managers, or Sales manager(s).

Finding effective sales people is NOT a numbers game. It’s a process that can be repeatably and reliably implemented in ANY company.

This implementation provides no game breaking secrets, just a few tricks of the trade that will save you thousands of dollars, hundreds of hours, and keep a steady flow of talented sales people walking through your doors.

This implementation relies on a few very simple tools, all of which are free. The only thing that costs money in your hiring process will be Indeed ads. There are other optional subscriptions but they won’t be necessary unless you are processing more than 1000+ applicants.

This process will upgrade the first several steps of your hiring process.

A. Sourcing - We will go in depth on how to get hundreds of applications on your ad, without breaking the bank.

B. Screening - 100’s to 1000’s of hours are WASTED each year by your staff CALLING and screening candidates. Make candidates come to you, without spending a minute until you KNOW this person is right for your company.

C. Interviews - Automate the interview scheduling process and STOP wasting time waiting on candidates who are NOT coming… My tweaks to your companies interview policies will keep hiring managers focused applicants who WANT to join your organization.

This process IS NOT MAGIC. Effective implementation relies on a few factors on YOUR side to ensure effective use as well.

  1. A robust Onboarding & Training Process. - Hiring the best salesperson in the world means nothing if they aren’t trained, retained, and in their lane. (Yes I added ‘lane’ just to rhyme.)

  2. A clear understanding of YOUR core values. - You must know who exactly you’re looking for, and have a series of questions that can screen for those traits from the beginning. There’s no worse feeling than hiring someone, only to realize 3 month later you made a huge mistake…

  4. Allocated recruiting budget - It doesn’t need to be big, but you need SOME cash set aside for ads and minor subscription costs. My personal recommendation is at least $1,000. The majority of that will be put toward your first 30-90 days of job ads.
